I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin (near Milwaukee) in December of 2012. I was there for 5.5 years while I studied Elementary Education and Theology as my two majors and a minor in Athletic Coaching.
After graduating in December 2012, I was blessed to teach urban first grade right away at a Lutheran school in Milwaukee. In the summer of 2012 I accepted my first call to teach third grade at Topeka Lutheran School. I had a great two years there where I was also blessed to coach basketball, volleyball, and track and field. I have been teaching third grade and coaching girls basketball here at LC since 2015 and I am excited for this year's adventure! I love the outdoors. I enjoy hunting and fishing both here and in New York where some of my family lives. I love camping, hiking, boating, and anything that can be done outside. I love sports. My favorites include basketball, football, hockey, softball, and track and field. I suffer from severe wanderlust meaning I love travelling and exploring all over the country and my favorite place in the world is Yellowstone National Park followed by the Adirondack Mountains in upper New York. My favorite colors are turquoise and green, my favorite food is pizza and chicken wings (with blue cheese- yum!), my favorite season is the summer, and my birthday is June 21! Please e-mail me with questions, comments, or maybe I made a mistake on this website that I just didn't quite catch! Thank you for being awesome parents and guardians! I look forward to working with you and your children this year to make it the most successful it can be. |
